As we have seen in the news over the past few weeks, Turkey have made their move into Syria and gained control, with the help of Russia, of a northern strip of land. The reason given? To move millions of refugees that Turkey are holding into that area. But there is a wider plan and 'end game' to this. Last year we saw Turkish troops advance into Iraq, and now they are advancing into Syria. The wider plan is to rebuild the old Ottoman Empire and to change the ethnic identity of the Middle East. The end game? Jerusalem!

It has been President Erdogan's long desire to re-establish the Ottoman Empire and Muslim rule of the Middle East, and that especially includes seeing Jerusalem come under Muslim rule. In June this year, Turkey reaffirmed its stance on Jerusalem, saying that it will continue its efforts to make the world accept that Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine (Muslims).

Also, in December 2018, the following was reported ... "In a speech to the Turkey Youth Foundation in Istanbul, Saturday, Erdogan affirmed his county's support for the Palestinians ... He said that 'as Muslims, we deal with people directly, and if there are people who are brave enough to provoke us, we will teach them a lesson.' ... A number of Turkish journalists tweeted that some in the crowd called out for Erdogan to bring about the Muslim reconquest of Jerusalem. Erdogan replied, 'Soon, God willing." (source)

Daniel 11:45 tells us that the king of the north is to "plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain." And that place is Jerusalem! The king of the north in Daniel 11 is the northern division of Alexander's old Grecian kingdom (verses 6-8). And that northern division became the Ottoman Empire - the kingdom of the Turks.

"So, when we come to the fortieth verse of the eleventh of Daniel, we are not reading of affairs away back in the days of the empire of Greece, nor of the affairs of Rome, but of affairs down here at 'the time of the end,' as mentioned in the thirty-fifth verse. Other verses also show the same thing. And bear in mind that the king of the South is always in Egypt, and the king of the North is always the power occupying the territory of which Constantinople is the center. And all the world knows that since 1453 A. D., the territory of which Constantinople is the center, has been held and ruled by the Turks. Then the king of the North at the time of the end is the Turkish dominion." (A.T.Jones, The Marshaling of the Nations, p.30-31)

And why is this prophecy important to understand? Because it tells us how close we are to the close of probation. When Turkey and the Muslims go to war with Israel to take control of Jerusalem, we are told that the Turkish kingdom will come to it's end, due to all the other nations of the world coming against Turkey and the Muslims, and as Daniel 12:1 confirms, at that time 'Michael will stand up', signalling the close of probation and the time of trouble will commence.

That act of Turkey and the Muslims taking control of Jerusalem is the spark for the final battle of Armageddon, and it is interesting to note that Iran and Russia are also involved in this affair. Iran also wants to see the end of Israel and a Muslim conquest of Jerusalem. In March this year, a news report came out stating a massive Drone Exercise by Iran was Code Named 'Towards Jerusalem.' But what about Russia? Well, what has been the desire of Russia for thousands of years? To make Constantinople (Istanbul, Turkey) the centre of Russian power. And with Turkey's desire of control in Jerusalem, Russia will gladly help Turkey to move in that direction, so it can then realize a long desire of gaining control of Constantinople. And all this movement and worldly desire of the nations, will bring about the final battle of Armageddon.

We are told in Luke 21:24 that Jerusalem would be 'trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.' The 'time of the Gentiles' extends right up to the close of probation and the second coming of Christ, as the gospel goes out to the Gentiles until that time. Therefore, it has been determined by God that Jerusalem shall be trodden underfoot by the Gentile nations until the end, with the final destruction coming at the battle of Armageddon and second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. This shows that the belief in Israel being restored as a nation to God is a completely FALSE assumption and a FAKE movement to deceive the world.

Friends, there are signs all around us that this world is coming to it's end and the close of probation is soon to take place, with the return of Jesus Christ to follow. Please heed the warning and surrender your ALL to Jesus, so that you can be ready and able to stand in the day of God's wrath.
