A PHILOSOPHICAL IDOL INVENTED BY "LEARNED MEN" IS WORSHIPPED BY MOST, WHILE THE TRUE GOD - REVEALED TO BABES - IS WORSHIPPED BY ONLY FEW!
Please have a careful read of the following words from our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, 
the Son of God:
Matthew 11:25 ...'At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.'
Have a careful think about what Jesus is saying here. The things of God were hidden from the "wise and prudent" of the world, but are revealed unto babes. Why? It is because the "wise and prudent" do not want simple to understand knowledge. In their puffed up pride they want complicated 'mysteries' so that they can appear as 'wise' to the world, and therefore cause the majority of the world to look to them for learning. Thus the simple things of God do not appeal to them, and they reject the simple truths of God. But what about babes? How do babies learn? Are they puffed up in their own wisdom, seeking complicated theories? No, in simplicity and humility, they look to their parents and rely upon their parents for truth.
Babies take their parents word as plain truth! So it is with the humble truth seeker of God.
Now there is a plain truth revealed in God's Word which HAS been revealed unto those who, like babies, take God's Word as it reads and accepts it as truth. But it has been hidden from the wise and prudent who, instead of receiving God's plain Word, try to turn God's simple, plain Word into something more complicated and mysterious and so called 'wise.' That plain truth which has been revealed unto us babes, is the truth about the one true God and His Son. First, take a look at the following warning:
"A philosophical idol is enthroned in the place of Jehovah; while the true God, as he is revealed in his word, in Christ, and in the works of creation, is worshiped by but few." (Spirit of Prophecy, Vol.4, p.399)
What is Philosophy? Basically put it is the love of 'wisdom', involving 'critical thinking.' But it is worldly wisdom, not wisdom from Jehovah. Now did you know that the trinity god was invented by man using philosophy? That's right. Take a look at the following quote from the Catechism of the Catholic Church regarding how the trinity god came about:
"During the first centuries the Church sought to clarify her Trinitarian faith, both to deepen her own understanding of the faith and to defend it against the errors that were deforming it. This clarification was the work of the early councils, aided by the theological work of the Church Fathers and sustained by the Christian people's sense of the faith. In order to articulate the dogma of the Trinity, the Church had to develop her own terminology with the help of certain notions of philosophical origin: 'substance', 'person' or 'hypostasis', 'relation' and so on. In doing this, she did not submit the faith to human wisdom, but gave a new and unprecedented meaning to these terms, which from then on would be used to signify an ineffable mystery, 'infinitely beyond all that we can humanly understand." (Catechism of the Catholic Church, No.250-251)
Did you catch that? The Roman Catholic Church in her 'councils', relying not upon a plain "thus saith the LORD", but instead relying upon so called 'early church fathers' AND 'notions of philosophical origin', confirmed the Trinity god belief. So they relied upon the 'high and learned men' mixing in 'philosophical notions' to confirm their Trinity god. And what was the result? An "ineffable mystery, infinitely beyond all that we can humanly understand" Wow!! And what do most people in the churches say regarding their confusing 3 in 1 trinity god they worship? "Oh it is a mystery, we cannot understand it."
And thus "a philosophical idol is enthroned in the place of Jehovah" - the one true God.
All verions of the trinity god found in the churches today stem, NOT from the Bible, but from the early councils of the Roman Catholic Church. Some churches worship a 'trinity' that is made up of 'three persons within one being', while other churches worship a 'trinity' that is made up of three beings that are 'one god.' Both versions stem from that 'mysterious', 'philosophical' trinity which was invented by the Roman Catholic Church, which we 'cannot understand.' But what did Jesus say? That God has revealed His truth unto babes! Can babes understand the high and mysterious philosophies of man? No. They understand the plain and simple truths, and this is what God has revealed through His Word concerning Himself and His only begotten Son Jesus Christ - simple, plain truth! Look:
John 4:21-24 ...'Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.'
John 20:17 ...'Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.'
John 17:1-3 ...'Father ... this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.'
1 Corinthians 8:5-6 ...'For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.'
What does God's plain, clear Word, revealed unto babes say? Does it say that the Father is one part of a trinity god? No. It says that the Father is the only true God and one God. There are many that are 'called gods' in the world, as the apostle Paul said above. But to us there is only one God, the Father. So the one true God is not some confusing 3 in 1 god, but simply one being - the Father, and He is the 'only true God' because He is 'THE source of all life.' So what about Jesus? Who is He? Again, let us look at God's plain Word.
Romans 8:3 ...'For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh.'
John 3:16-17 ...'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.'
Matthew 3:17 ...'And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.'
Galatians 4:4 ...'But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law.'
Mark 12:6 ...'Having yet therefore one son, his wellbeloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son.'
Do you see the clear, simple truth of this? The Father SENT HIS OWN SON to this world. So what does that mean? It means that Jesus IS the very literal Son of God the Father. If babes were told that God sent HIS SON to die for them, what would the babes believe? That God sent HIS SON to die for them! This is why God's truth is revealed unto babes and NOT to the 'learned men', because babes take God's Word as it is, without mixing it with philosophy and confusing ideas of man! What do the 'learned men' say today regarding Christ? "Oh the Bible doesn't REALLY mean what it says, it is just symbolic." And so they turn God's Word into some mystic, hard to understand knowledge. Would babes do that? NO! They would take it as it reads and accept it! So what about the Holy Spirit?
Luke 12:11-12 ...'And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.'
Matthew 10:19-20 ...'But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.'
When we put these two verses together, we can clearly see that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Father. So it's the Father's Spirit which comes to us, and reading Isaiah 40:13 and Romans 11:34, we can see that the Spirit is the 'mind' of God. That is even what the original meaning of the word 'Spirit' points to. It is the 'breath, mind, life' of God that comes to us. But does it come direct from the Father to us? No, look:
Acts 2:32-33 ...'This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.'
Peter, speaking to the crowd on the day of Pentecost, explains what has just happened, and what does he say? That Jesus had received the Holy Spirit FROM the Father, and Jesus HIMSELF gives that Spirit - that life and power of the Father - to the disciples. Do you see?
John 20:19-22 ...'Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you ... And when he had said this, HE BREATHED ON THEM, and saith unto them, RECEIVE YE THE HOLY SPIRIT.'
Titus 3:4-6 ...'But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour.'
Do you see? The Holy Spirit, which is the life, mind and power of God the Father comes to us through His beloved Son Jesus Christ. It is that 'one Spirit' which they both share, which is why Jesus said in John 14:23 that both He and the Father would dwell in us. This is the TRUTH that is revealed unto babes. It is clear, plain truth that anyone who is humble and open can understand. The only 'mystery' is what nature the Spirit of the Father is. This has not been revealed to us. But what HAS been revealed to us plainly is that God the Father is that 'one God', the 'only true God.' Which is why Paul in 1 Timothy 2:5 said that 'there is one God AND one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.' If Jesus is the mediator BETWEEN God and man, then that means the 'one God' can only be God the Father. Jesus Christ is the Son OF God the Father. He is the literal, begotten Son, begotten in eternity past, which is how the Father was able to 'SEND HIS OWN SON' to us (Romans 8:3). And the Holy Spirit is the Father's own divine Spirit, His 'mind, life and power', which He sends to us through His Son Jesus. This is how the Holy Spirit can also be called 'the Spirit of Jesus Christ' (Philippians 1:19, Galatians 4:6, 2 Corinthians 3:17).
Thus there are TWO divine BEINGS on the throne of heaven. Not 1 or 3, but TWO - God the Father and His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. This again is clearly revealed in the Bible many times, including John 17:3, 1 Corinthians 8:6, 1 Timothy 2:5, Revelation 5:13, Revelation 21:22 and Revelation 22:1. This is plain truth that has been revealed unto babes. But the 'learned men' of the churches and the world do not want simple, plain truth. They want complicated mysteries that they can captivate the people with. This is why a 'philosophical idol has been enthroned in place of Jehovah - the true God.' An idol that the majority of churches today worship! Such is the way of Satan, clouding the plain texts of God's Word with philosophical interpretations. And only 'few' who rely upon God's plain teaching, just like babies who rely upon their parents, worship the one true God as revealed in His Word.
The question is, are you following and worshipping a philosophical idol of man, or are you following and worshipping the one true God as plainly revealed in His Word? No philosophical idol can save you! Many do not realise that the trinity god destroys the gospel message, as it destroys the Sonship of Jesus Christ and makes the Father and Son out to be LIARS. Please seek the truth and like a 'babe' let the Father teach you His plain, clear truth.
