OUR PIONEERS RIGHTLY REJECTED GOVERNMENT AID, BUT THE CHURCHES TODAY NOW SAY THEY CANNOT DO GOD'S WORK WITHOUT IT! BABYLON IS FALLEN!
NEWS UPDATE - 19th March 2025
When Jesus was brought before the Roman govenor Pilate to be judged, with
the Jews crying out for Jesus to be crucified, Pilate asked ... "shall I crucify your King?" (John 19:15). The response of the chief priests was
... "we have no king but Caesar." The Jewish leaders had united themselves with the state power, and as we can see from the crucifixion
of Christ, they not only relied upon the state power, making it their 'king', the Jews were also able to influence the state to do their bidding. Pilate wanted
to set Jesus free, but it was the influence of the Jews (God's professed people) upon the state power that brought about the crucifixion of God's dear Son.
The very same thing is taking place today between the churches and the state power. Look at the following news article regarding the pausing of State funding
to church aid programs:
"As White House considers abandoning foreign aid, faith groups say they can't do it alone - At a meeting that took place Feb. 28, Peter Marocco, the deputy administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development, and a group of mostly evangelical Christian humanitarian aid groups discussed the administration's dismantling of USAID and its 90-day freeze on foreign aid funding ... Despite their reluctance to speak to the press, some of the religious groups are prepping to publicly voice their frustrations Tuesday (March 11), when Carey and leaders from other religious groups such as World Relief, Bread for the World, Compassion International and ADRA, the global humanitarian arm of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, plan on convening a 'Prayer Vigil for Foreign Aid on Capitol Hill' ... Operating entirely without government involvement, Carey said, would be much less effective ... there's such an important role for both to play, and we're much stronger when we move together." So they are all saying 'without the government we cannot do the work of God.' In other words, 'we have no king but Caesar!'
This completely goes against separation of church and state. The churches are 'fornicating' with the 'kings of the earth,' just as Revelation 17 and 18 prophesied they would, and calls the churches who have committed this fornication, 'FALLEN BABYLON.' Instead of relying solely upon our Heavenly Father, they now rely upon the government. Not just for aid work, but also to receive 'tax gifts' through their tax exemption scheme. A scheme devised, not by God, but by the enemy to SEDUCE the churches into uniting with the government and that 'mother of harlots,' the Roman Catholic Church. And what do you think comes with this reliance upon government funding? Having to obey government policies! And thus turn away from a 'thus saith the LORD.' Oh how Babylon has fallen!
Look at how resolved our Adventist pioneers were regarding this issue:
"March 5, 1893, the following resolutions were adopted by their General Conference held at Battle Creek, Mich.:- WHEREAS, In view of the separation which we believe should exist between the Church and the State, it is inconsistent for the Church to receive from the State pecuniary gifts, favors, or exemptions, therefore, Resolved, That we repudiate the doctrine that church or other ecclesiastical property should be exempt from taxation, and further, Resolved, That we decidedly protest against any such exemption, and favor the repeal of such legislation as grants this exemption ... Resolved, That we ought not as a denomination either to seek or accept from any civil government, supreme, local, or otherwise, any gift, or grant either of land, money, or other thing of value. It is evident from this that Seventh-day Adventists are sincere in their belief in the complete separation of Church and State." (American Sentinel, March 14, 1895, p.82)
Wow! And yet the churches are BEGGING the government for the money today! Breaking the rule of separation between church and state, declaring, "we have no king but Caesar!"
The same thing happened during the 'Cov$d pandemic.' The church leaders united with the state powers and declared 'we must close our churches.' The church leaders united with the state powers in declaring 'we must take the vaccine and wear face masks and keep apart from each other.' Do we not worship JEHOVAH, the Great Creator and healer and sustainer of all things? Can a 'virus' survive in the presence of our Almighty God? Instead, what did the church leaders proclaim? "We have no king but Caesar!"
We are told in Psalm 50 that Jehovah is the owner of the cattle upon a thousand hills (vs.10), and that the world is His and the fulness thereof (vs.12). But the church leaders today have lost faith in God and have turned away from Him, seeking man's help instead. We are supposed to rely upon God for all things, just as the following Bible verses confirm:
Isaiah 41:13 ...'For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.'
Proverbs 3:5-6 ...'Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.'
Psalm 118:8-9 ...'It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.'
Psalm 121:1-2 ...'I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.'
"Our heavenly Father has a thousand ways to provide for us that we know nothing about." (The Signs of the Times, Jan.7, 1886, pgr.9)
Sadly, the churches today have become 'fallen Babylon' as Revelation 14, 17 and 18 prophesied by rejecting God's truth, 'fornicating with the kings of the earth' and deceiving the earth with the 'wine of her fornication' (Rev.17:2; Rev.18:1-4). While the church leaders may proclaim with their mouths that Jesus is their king, by their actions they proclaim that they have 'no king but Caesar,' just like the Jews of old.
Therefore the call from God is ... "Come OUT of her [Babylon] my people." Come out of the fallen churches, lest you share of her sins and plagues (Rev.18:1-4). Will you heed the call?
URGENT WARNING FROM GOD - DESTRUCTION COMING TO THE CHURCHES!
